STAFF and youngsters at The Cheshire Day Nursery @ Guardian Street have plenty of reasons to celebrate after the education watchdog Ofsted graded the facility as outstanding.
Inspectors described the team as ‘highly qualified’ as well as ‘extremely kind and attentive’.
Director Julie Mannering said: “We are particularly proud to have retained our outstanding status since our last inspection in 2013.”
“We would like to congratulate and thank our management and staff who have worked so hard.
“We’re delighted the inspectors found that – as well as benefitting from outstanding teaching, learning and assessment – babies and young children thrive in our nurturing environment and receive regular reassurance, cuddles and personal care.”
Inspectors viewed all areas of the purpose-built premises, which is located next to Warrington Hospital.
It was noted how staff have built ‘first-class partnerships with parents’ and how ‘all children are making rapid progress’.
