Do you know the Beamont netball team now in their 90s?
THIS team of netball players have plenty to reflect on.
This is the Beamont junior girls netball team from 1937.
Betty Houldin, now Betty Amos, was the captain and is pictured holding the leather ball at the O’Leary Street school.
Betty, who is set to celebrate her 90th in June, was the fourth child of five of Mr and Mrs W Houldin of Birtles Road, Orford and went to Oakwood Senior Girls after Beamont.
All the girls from the picture would now be in their 90s.
