Bird hide on fire on Lapwing Lane near nature reserve
A BIRD hide was on fire on Lapwing Lane near Moore Nature Reserve this morning, Friday.
Firefighters were called to the scene at around 10.15am where they discovered the shed, which is used by bird watchers to observe wildlife, in flames.
The crew used a hose reel jet to put out the fire and luckily nobody was reported hurt.
