A MUM who went missing with her 10-week-old baby boy has been found 'safe and well', police have confirmed.
Sophie Callaghan, 25, from Liverpool, was last seen on Wednesday, March 22, in Prescot.
It is understood the 25-year-old has links to north Cheshire.
The force has thanked the media and public for their assistance in publicising the appeal which was shared hundreds of times.
