TRANSGENDER Day of Visibility is set to return to Warrington on Friday.
Members of Trans Warrington hope to raise awareness of the transgender community in the town and break down prejudices as part of the campaign day.
Campaigners will set off at 9.30am with a walk around the town starting at Golden Square Shopping Centre.
The group will then make their way to the Peace Centre where a balloon release has been organised.
This will be followed by a visit to The Halliwell Jones Stadium and a photo shoot outside the Golden Gates with the Mayor of Warrington Cllr Faisal Rashid at 12pm.
The team will also meet shoppers at Asda Cockhedge before visiting Priestley College.
