Broken down vehicle causes queues on M62
TRAFFIC is stopped on the M62 near Birchwood this morning, Wednesday, after a broken down vehicle forced a lane to shut.
It happened eastbound between junction 11 at Birchwood and junction 12 at Eccles.
One lane is closed.
