FURTHER consideration is needed before a decision is made regarding the construction of 66 new homes and a play area in Birchwood, councillors have ruled.
This is following a meeting for the development management committee at the Town Hall on Wednesday, March 15.
The developer is seeking planning permission to build a collections of two-storey detached and semi-detached properties on land off Admirals Road.
The decision has been deferred until a later date.
