IT was one of our most popular categories last time so this year we're intrigued to see who will batter the competition.
Our Warrington Guardian Food and Drink Awards will be running over the next 10 weeks following a successful debut in 2016.
And this year it's tastier than ever before with seven new categories.
Celebrating the best dishes, restaurants and takeaways in the town, we will be revealing a new category every Monday evening on our website and appealing for your suggestions.
The most popular will then be entered into an online ballot on Friday lunchtimes where readers can vote for their favourites.
The overall winners will be revealed in a special supplement in the Warrington Guardian this spring.
This week we're looking for Warrington's favourite chippy.
Whether you prefer cod, a pie or a battered sausage with your chips, we want to know where you think is top of the fish and chip shops.
