TUNE in to tonight’s episode of The Voice UK to see Max Vickers from Stockton Heath sing for survival.

Emma Willis will host the final night of the live knock-out rounds, in which the singers on Gavin Rossdale's team sing to earn their places in the quarter-finals.

A public vote will decide which two acts will stay in the contest, while Gavin gets to choose one more performer to go through to next week's show.

Max will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of his flatmate Mo Adeniran who secured a place in Jennifer Hudson’s final three last Saturday.

His performance of Arctic Monkeys' 'I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor' received rave reviews from the judges with all four on their feet.

Gavin Rossdale said it was 'devastatingly good' while Will.i.am added it was the 'kind of energy the show needs'.

Max said it was 'just like being back in Warrington' having Mo cheer him on in the audience.

And it won him a place in the next round of the competition after topping the phone vote.
