HUNDREDS of Irish dancers gathered at Culcheth High School for the Cheshire Championships.
More than 4,500 people attended the event, which welcomed competitors from all over Europe.
Kieran Rogers from Rogers Academy of Irish Dancing helped organise the contest and said: “I was overwhelmed by the support and would like to thank everybody - teachers, musicians, family and friends.
“This event was a great advocate for Warrington and something I hope we will be holding again. It has brought people to the town.”
