MOTORISTS travelling on the M62 have been hit by delays this evening, Monday.
There is queueing traffic following a crash on the M62 eastbound between junction 11 at Birchwood and junction 12 at the Eccles interchange.
Lane three was closed but it reopened just before 6pm.
Highways England confirmed a rolling road block was in place ‘for several minutes to remove some of the vehicles to the hard shoulder’.
