TALENTED singer Mo Adeniran has stormed through to the quarter-finals of The Voice UK.
The 21-year-old bartender from Stockton Heath was selected following a public vote after hopefuls in Team Jennifer Hudson faced a fight for survival this evening.
He will be joined by 19-year-old Jamie Miller and 20-year-old Jack Bruley.
Following the announcement, Mo thanked the people of Warrington for their support.
He is now one step closer to winning a recording contract with Polydor Records.
Fellow contestant and Mo’s flatmate Max Vickers was spotted in the audience as the ITV series was broadcast live.
Singer Mo channeled his inner Beyonce when he performed Freedom.
Coach Gavin Rossdale described Mo as ‘sensational’ while will.i.am praised the contestant for his ‘infinity of awesomeness’.
"How do you sum up Mo in one word?" said the veteran coach.
"Mo, in my hood 'mo' is 'more'. You come with plethora of style and confidence. You come with an infinity of awesomeness."
On Sunday the spotlight will shine on Team Tom Jones which includes former Sir Thomas Boteler High School pupil Nadine McGhee.
Next weekend Team Will and Team Gavin Rossdale will battle it out for a place in the final.
This includes Mo's flatmate Max who is also hoping to make it to the quarter-finals.
The Voice UK is on ITV at 7.45pm tomorrow, Sunday.
5th was Mo! That was a great performance, I love his powerful husky voice&his style, slightly random choice of song given to him #TheVoiceUK
