PLANS have been submitted to open a tattooists above a pizzeria in Culcheth.
Applicant Alan Oakley has submitted a proposal to Warrington Borough Council’s planning department in order to convert office space above Village Pizza into a tattoo studio.
The premises on Common Lane would open between 10am and 5pm under the plan.
