WHAT a year it has been for the Forget-Me-Not cafe at the Oaks Centre in Penketh.
The project, which supports people with dementia and their carers, celebrated in style after growing from 20 members at the first event to more than 50 now.
The party featured a performance by U3A Ukulele group and a buffet as well as the club’s usual activities - quizzes, dancing, table tennis, crafts and bingo. The club is not just for those with dementia, anyone is welcome to attend on Tuesdays from 10am.
