PART of Froghall Lane was closed by police after a HGV hit the railway bridge this afternoon.
A Tesco lorry travelling in the direction of Crosfield Street collided with the railway bridge in Bewsey at around 3.15pm.
It is understood the road has since reopened.
This is not the first time emergency services were called to the scene with a similar incident reported on January 24 involving a Tesco lorry.
