CHILDREN at St Benedict’s Catholic Primary School made a healthy lifestyle look like fun as they kicked off their active week with a scooter session.
As part of the project, pupils have tried gymnastic, made fruit kebabs, created healthy pizzas and had a go at taekwondo.
Youngsters and staff have also been learning how to take care of their minds by learning about the importance of exercise for mental health and practicing mindful colouring in. Pupils have also been practicing for junior Parkrun.
