THERE is slow traffic on the M6 and the M62 through Warrington this morning, Tuesday, following a crash and broken down vehicle.
One lane of the southbound M6 was closed between junction 20 at Lymm and 19 at Knutsford but police reopened it at 7am.
However the queues are stretching back to junction 21a at Croft.
All the vehicles involved in the crash have been moved to the hard shoulder.
Meanwhile one lane was closed on the M62 around 8am.
A broken down vehicle blocked one lane eastbound near junction 11 at Birchwood.
Traffic is back to junction 10 at Croft. The road was fully reopened at 8.30am but traffic remains very heavy.
