A PAPERCHASE could be set to open in Westbrook if new blueprints are approved.
A planning application has been submitted to Warrington Borough Council to open the stationery store inside Next alongside the coffee shop on Europa Boulevard.
This includes a proposed extension to accommodate the new shop.
