“I have been a chef for 17 years and I have worked with the likes of Marco Pierre White, Gary Rhodes, Aiden Byrne and Paul Heathcote.
“I have hosted private dinner parties for Michael Jordan, Ronan Keating, Andy Cole and the Artic Monkeys.
“For four years I cooked Christmas dinner for Michael Owen and his family.
“It does have its difficulties as you have to turn someone’s house into a restaurant and every kitchen is different.
“I decided to open Eat Clean Cuisine as I wanted provide guilt-free food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“When you have a takeaway you often feel bloated and guilty so I wanted to give people a healthier option.
“We base the meals on the lose, gain or maintain philosophy.
“It has been going really well so far and we have just opened a new site in Hale this week.”
