"Me and Darren have been married for three years now - he was a physical training instructor for the Parachute Regiment and the pair of us have Thai boxed for over 20 years.
"Lean Authentic was run from home for a couple of months, and then we moved to the premises in Latchford in June.
"I gave up my career to do it - I worked in banking before then so it was a big change.
"It was something I'd always wanted to do and we already had the Warrior Muay Thai boxing gym, so they both came hand in hand.
"I used to do food posts on the gym's Facebook page and they gauged loads of interest, so I started to feed our fighters to help them to cut their weight.
"Having your own business has its ups and downs but I love what I do.
"I've met loads of new people and I'm helping people to achieve weight goals and to get them fit and healthy, so it's really rewarding."
