THE Alzheimer’s Society has received a £150 boost following a Stockton Heath fundraiser.
Catalyst Choices, which delivers social care services across the town, ran the Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness day at Sandy Lane Centre to raise funds for the charity.
Tina Heeps, from Catalyst Choices, praised all involved for their efforts.
She added: “We have a proactive team at Sandy Lane Centre and try to engage our customers to take the lead.
“We support each person in their aspirations and goals, whatever these may be.”
The money will go towards helping people with dementia receive valuable professional help and support.
