WARRINGTON Borough Council has taken action following concerns over a puddle in Stockton Heath which has caused residents 'a great deal of disruption'.
Earlier this year the council was investigating the puddle, which has been situated in between Stockton Heath Police Station and the Mulberry Tree, off London Road.
One resident, who wished to remain anonymous, said it has not been passable and limits access to his street.
He added: "It was reported some time ago to the council but to date nothing has been done – please can the council give this some urgent attention as it is causing residents a great deal of disruption."
However, the council has confirmed it has taken action.
A spokesman said: "The council has been aware of the problem and cleared the blockage, while combining it with other works in the area."
