ESTATE agency firm Open House has pledged to cut its fees for 100 lucky Warrington residents by offering to sell their home for just £100.

Open House is celebrating after reaching a major milestone in its growth with 100 agents now operating across Great Britain.

The business has doubled in size in the last ten months alone after the company was established in 2010.

The estate agency, which has its head office on Central Way in Warrington, has also pledged to donate ten per cent of the reduced fee directly to Claire House Children’s Hospice.

David Clement, finance director of Open House, said: “We are delighted that our new hybrid estate agent concept has been recognised and valued by our customers and we want to celebrate this growth by giving something back to residents in our home town as well as to a vital local charity.

“All of the agents we have recruited across the country are local businesses, which offer expert knowledge and represent our core business values."
