After 10 weeks of voting earlier this year, we served up the best bars, restaurants and takeaways voted for by Warrington Guardian readers in a special supplement during the summer.

Ego

Winner of readers' favourite Mediterranean

The Christmas lunch party menu includes carrot and coriander soup and smoked salmon for starters before choices including pan roasted turkey escalope with a chestnut and apricot stuffing or Iberian belly pork for mains. 

Rounded off with either tiramisu or a traditional Christmas pudding for £20.95.

Diners can also choose from a three-course dinner party menu for £25.95.

Las Ramblas

Highly commended in the Mediterranean category

If you're in the mood for tapas and organising a party for 10 guests or more, you can tuck into Valencian deep fried brie, roast turkey croquettes and crispy calamari among other dishes for £24.95.

The White Hart

Highly commended in the pub grub category

Start the celebrations with a three-course meal for £19.95 served from 12 to 9pm. 

Options include hog roast pate for starters, before a turkey dinner with red wine gravy and homemade stuffing.

For pudding there's egg nogg cheesecake, rocky road brownie or a mint truffle square.

The Raj 

Winner of readers' favourite Indian

The sky's the limit with the party menu as diners can have any main from the main menu as well as a choice of a mixed starter, sheek kebab or onion bhaji with the usual sundries for £19.99.

There's also a traditional and Indian menu available on Christmas Day. 

Cinnamon Lounge

Highly commended in the Indian category

The party menu for tables of eight or more includes mixed kebabs, chicken chat or onion bhajis before a choice of up to five curries, rice, naan or chips and bombay potatoes to share for £12.95 per person.

Choy Hing

Highly commended in the Chinese category

Enjoy a five-course banquet for a minimum two people for £29 per person.

Start off with 'special Christmas Hors D'Oeuvres' before crispy chicken with garlic and chilli, soup of the day with prawn crackers, aromatic duck with pancakes and mains including fillet steak Cantonese style on a hotplate and chicken with fresh pineapple in lemon sauce.

Rounded off with fresh fruit and Chinese tea or coffee.

Caffe Caruso

Highly commended in the pizza category

Get the choice of any pizza along with starter options grilled mushrooms and Italian bruschetta or pudding options fudge cake or cheese cake. 

Main options also include swordfish Siciliana, beef barolo and penne paesana with chicken, bacon, mushroom and spinach for £23.90 for three courses.

The Pit Smokehouse

Winner of readers' favourite burger

Groups of eight or more can tuck into three cranberry blazed wings followed by smoked turkey leg or smoked pork joint with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables for £30 per person.

Mr Lau's

Winner of readers' favourite overall dining experience

Three banquets are available for a range of prices depending on the time and day from £19.95 up to £49.95.

Banquets include crispy seaweed to start, duck served with homemade hoisin sauce, pancakes and all the trimmings followed by salt and black pepper chicken, Peking ribs, crispy wontons, satay chicken skewers, honey wings, sizzling surf and turf and chicken spring rolls.
