POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an altercation involving a lock knife on Bridge Street.
Officers said the incident between a group of men took place between 7.25pm and 7.34pm on Monday.
A 24-year-old Warrington man has been charged for being in possession of an offensive weapon and is due to appear at Halton Magistrates' Court on November 10.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward to help with enquiries.
