The chimney might have to be pulled down
PLANNING enforcement officers are set to decide whether a makeshift chimney on Orford Lane has to be pulled down.
The structure, which is on the premises of Chicken Village, has caused concern among residents.
It was created using metal objects, wood and plastic boxes – however, the council is currently looking into the matter.
A spokesman said: "Warrington Borough Council's planning enforcement officers have been made aware of this complaint.
"Officers will investigate the situation and speak to the business owner in due course."
