Woman treated by ambulance after tumble dryer fire
FIRE crews were called to a property after a tumble dryer fire broke out.
Two fire engines from Warrington and one from Stockton Heath attended the address on Vulcan Close, Padgate yesterday evening shortky after 5.30pm.
A woman had to be checked over by the ambulance service following the fire.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A tumble dryer fire caused smoke logging in a Vulcan Close property.
"Firefighters confirmed the fire was out and cleared the smoke. One casualty, a lady, was checked over by the ambulance service."
