TRAVELLERS set up camp at Hardwick Grange in Woolston on Friday after vacating Victoria Park following a court order.
Six caravans and associated vehicles parked up at the site and were issued with a notice to leave yesterday, Monday, meaning they must depart from the land today or face court action.
It is understood the group is the same as the one ordered to leave Victoria Park last week.
The latest number of encampments have again posed serious questions over whether a transit site should be developed in the town.
The camp, which is likely to be fitted with CCTV, would cost groups £88.55 a week to stay on, if built.
