A MAN has been charged with a series of drug offences after officers raided a home off Wilderspool Causeway.
Police detained a 21-year-old man after officers descended on the flat as part of the force's crackdown on drugs.
A cannabis factory with around 50 plants was also found at the scene as well as a quantity of heroin and cocaine which has now been seized.
The suspect was taken into custody to be questioned.
He has since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs, production of cannabis, driving without a licence and insurance and taking a vehicle without consent.
He is expected to be appear in court later this month.
