A TRACTOR crashed into a car on the A50, Warrington Road, in High Legh on Saturday morning.
Firefighters from Warrington, Stockton Heath and Winsford stations rushed to the scene of the collision at around 11.45am.
Fortunately nobody was trapped inside the vehicle but two people were injured in the crash.
A woman was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital by ambulance and both patients are reported to have suffered minor injuries.
Police closed the A50 but the road was reopened at around 1.30pm.
