SIR Thomas Boteler Church of England High School students have been showing their creative talents.

Fifty one year 11 GCSE art pupils at the Latchford school, on Grammar School Road, exhibited work upon the walls of classrooms following their efforts.

Each of them were then invited to celebrate the end of the two-year course after impressing teachers.

All attended and were joined by fellow students, friends, family, governors and staff during the night organised to 'admire' the artwork.

Head of art Sam Joice said: "We are very proud of what the students have achieved.

"Every art class will be invited to view the work after the holidays and choose their favourite piece.

"The exhibition will now run until September. If you missed the evening, call the department to arrange a visit – we would be very happy to show you around."
