A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle after a police chase involving helicopters last night.
Officers had attempted to stop a vehicle on Vulcan Close in Padgate at 11.20pm when it sped off.
After a chase involving the police helicopter, one man was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle while another succesfully fled the scene.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Cheshire Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
