Motorists face M62 delays after vehicle breaks down
MOTORISTS travelling on the M62 are facing delays this afternoon after a vehicle broke down on junction nine at Winwick.
The exit slip road was left 'partially blocked' which has resulted in congestion.
But traffic is starting to move freely again.
