FOLLOWING support from musicians including Liam Gallagher, Kasabian and The Stone Roses, record company Communion has announced they are going to repress Viola Beach record Boys That Sing.
The record company announced on Sunday night all funds from the band's second single, Boys That Sing, will be donated to the families of the band and manager Craig Tarry following their tragic deaths in Sweden at the weekend.
A spokesman added: "Given the extraordinary demand for the Viola Beach Boys That Sing 7”, which has now sold out, we are going to repress the record.
"The 7” will now be available to purchase from the Communion store online until next Friday 26th February, when we will press the records.
"We will endeavour to get these sent out as soon as we can but due to vinyl pressing lead times at the moment we expect these records to ship by early May.
"All proceeds will be donated to Craig and the band’s families."
The track is currently number eight in the iTunes chart.
The Warrington Guardian called on Sunday for readers to download the indie pop four-piece's first single Swings and Waterslides, which they had self-funded, to get the up-and-coming band the spot in the charts they deserved.
The campaign received the support of Radio One DJ Huw Stephens and in the last 24 hours Liam Gallagher, Kasabian and The Stone Roses have all tweeted the link to download the track helping to take it to number two in the iTunes chart.
