MEET the new Top Gear team.
Former Padgate High student Chris Evans and his co-host Matt LeBlanc have revealed the full line-up of presenters for the BBC show which returns in May.
Racing driver Sabine Schmitz, Top Gear's first female presenter, YouTube star Chris Harris, F1 pundit Eddie Jordan, motoring journalist Rory Reid and of course, The Stig, complete the team.
Eddie Jordan, who once ran his own Formula One team with the likes of Michael Schumacher and Damon Hill, said: “I have such enormous respect for all my fellow presenters and I politely ask that they go easy on these old bones.”
No stranger to Top Gear, Sabine famously set a scorching lap time around the Nürburgring...in a Transit van.
She added: “I grew up next to the Nürburgring and have been racing for most of my life so the chance to combine both driving and filming was too good an opportunity to pass up.”
Meanwhile, Jeremy Clarkson who lost his Top Gear job after punching producer Oisin Tymon, is launching his own motoring show with Amazon TV in the autumn.
