Huge win takes Wilmslow two points clear as leaders
A 9-2 success against Crewe has put Wilmslow Hockey Club men's first team on top spot in North League Division Two West.
They are two points clear of Alderley Edge's seconds.
Wilmslow's under 13s team beat Southport 7-2 in an away fixture in which Ben Wilson was named man of the match, while the under 14s beat Brooklands 4-1 in the England Hockey Championships and will face Bowdon in February.
Wilmslow men’s fourth team defeated Crewe 2-0, with the women's second team drawing 1-1 with Runcorn.
The women's third team beat Northop Hall 4-3.
