Chester Road swing bridge has reopened
MOTORISTS travelling past the Chester Road swing bridge in Walton face delays after it had to be closed following a mechanical fault.
The bridge has reopened after engineers at the scene fixed the problem but the area is still congested.
Traffic could be seen queuing between Ellesmere Road and Morley Road.
