Have-a-go heroes detain suspected burglar following attempted break-in
A SUSPECTED burglar is waiting to be questioned in custody after being detained by a group of Good Samaritans yesterday evening.
The man was arrested on suspicion of burglary following an attempted break-in at a business in Westbrook on Thursday.
Staff at a neighbouring business spotted the man allegedly trying to raid the building and detained him while they waited for officers to arrive.
