PIXIE Lott is performing in Warrington for the first time next month.

The four-time Brit Award nominee will headline Warrington Festival with a show at Bank Park on September 19, her only north west concert date this year.

To mark the event, Weekend has teamed up with the organisers to give away 20 tickets.

We have two sets of tickets for groups of four and six pairs of tickets all up for grabs in a competition.

Pixie, known for her number ones Mama Do, Boys and Girls and All About Tonight, said: "I’m really looking forward to being the headline act for Warrington Festival.

"This will be my first time performing in Warrington but I’m always blown away by the enthusiasm of north west audiences and the unbelievable buzz they create. I’m sure it will be an incredible evening."

Pixie, who is starring in a tour of Breakfast at Tiffany's next year, rose fame in 2009 with debut album Turn It Up which reached platinum status on the strength of five consecutive top 20 singles.

The 24-year-old has gone on to sell more than four million singles and 1.6 million albums worldwide.

Warrington Festival is a new celebration of sport, culture, music and entertainment with 25 events over 25 days.

Chris Persoglio, events manager for Culture Warrington and one of the organisers, added: "I am pleased we’ve been able to secure an artist as successful and internationally recognised as Pixie Lott to perform during the Warrington Festival.

"I am in no doubt tickets will prove extremely popular."
