THIS was the scene this morning after a car smashed into a shop on Padgate Lane.
Firefighters were called at 3.25am while gas and electrical engineers also attended to isolate supplies at the Chinese Medical and Skin Centre.
A Cheshire Fire spokesman has confirmed no one was trapped inside the car.
A 23-year-old man from the town has been arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drink.
It is believed there were three passengers in the car.
