Gotcha! Mayor caught on double yellow lines

NOT even the Mayor can escape the long arm of the parking law.
The Mayor's car, ED1, was spotted parked illegally on Cairo Street on Tuesday lunchtime.
And the car was quickly moved on by the council's new traffic wardens when they spotted the offence at 2pm.
