CROWDS turned out for the fifth annual Angels' Walk set up by baby bereavement charity Harry and Co.
The walk, which sets off from the Maltings pub in Old Hall and covers each of the memorial baby gardens in the town, raises cash for Warrington Hospital's maternity bereavement services and supports parents and their families who have lost babies through stillbirth or neo-natal death.
Balloons were released throughout the day in memory of much-loved youngsters and organisers said the event has gone from strength to strength with 70 walkers taking part this year.
Kate Tinker, charity founder, said: "The day was a great pleasure, everyone had a lovely day.
"The Angels’ Walk provides those who take part the opportunity to mix with other families who have lost infants or babies, either before during or following birth, and allowing them to share their experiences to create a network of support which is very much needed."
