Fear the 'Grim Reefer'
WARRINGTON'S urban artist has struck again – at The Reef bar.
The mystery artist, known only as Vike, has created a character called 'The Grim Reefer' to promote a stark warning against drink driving in Bridge Street.
Vike said: "There's lots of traffic in the area including lots of people, pubs and clubs. It's in the correct location to get a very important message across I'd say."
