IT has been a whirlwind few months since inspirational gymnast Tasha Coates appeared in the Warrington Guardian after scooping the overall national championship trophy as well as five medals at the British Disability Gymnastics.

Since then the 19-year-old, who suffered more than 30 anaphylactic shocks in the last year and was told she could be allergic to exercise, has been tweeted by gymnasts in Australia and been passing on her skills to others as a gymnastics coach.

But this weekend she is back competing during the British Gymnastics Championships at the Liverpool Echo Arena and thanks to a Bewsey business will also have 25o autograph cards to give to fans.

Tasha, from Appleton, added: "Minuteman Press has provided me with cards and it's great to have a local business support a local athlete."
