A TOWN centre bouncer is accused of attacking a man in a bar while he was at work.
Benjamin Longman, of Horseshoe Close, St Helens, has been charged with assault following the incident on Monday morning in Shenanigans.
The 34-year-old was allegedly working for the bar on Bridge Street as a DJ and door supervisor when the assault took place.
He is expected to attend Halton Magistrates Court on April 29 to enter a plea to the charges.
