TWO people have been charged following an armed robbery at Bestco in Orford.
Stephen Carr, aged 24, of Poplars Avenue, Orford, and Amy Daley, aged 18, of Cooper Street, Widnes, are alleged to have been armed with a knife, when they raided the shop on Sunday at 9.50pm at Concorde Place on Poplars Avenue.
They both appeared at Halton Magistrates Court on Tuesday, where they were remanded in custody.
Carr and Daley will next appear in court on March 16 for a preliminary hearing at Chester Crown Court.
