CHESHIRE Police is investigating after opportunist thieves stole two bags of cigarettes from a van making a delivery to the Co-op store on Lovely Lane.
The incident happened at around 11.30am on Tuesday.
Police say two men took the cigarettes from delivery cages on the back of the truck and ran off with them onto the Leicester Street estate.
The first man is described as white, aged 30 years, and wearing a blue beanie hat, black jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.
The second man is described as white, aged in his late 40s, and wearing a black beanie hat, grey puffer-style jacket, black tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers with a white sole.
Anyone with information is asked to call Warrington West NPU on 101 quoting incident number 294 of Janaury 27.
