Man charged after reports of 'car driving at pedestrians' in Warrington town centre
A MAN has been arrested and charged with dangerous driving after police received reports a car was seen driving at pedestrians on a pavement in Warrington town centre.
The car was traced by CCTV operators and eventually stopped on Manchester Road in the early hours of Sunday.
John Paget, aged 27, of McKee Avenue, Longford, is due to appear at Halton Magistrates Court on February 12.
Police say he faces one charge of dangerous driving.
