A NEW website has been hailed as a 'one-stop shop' for children with special educational needs and disabilities in the town.
Local Offer provides information about services available to support children and young people from birth to aged 25 across education, health and social care.
This includes child care, education, social care and support, health, travel and transport, housing and accommodation, finances, and activities.
Clr Jean Carter, executive board member for children and young people’s services, said: “We’re delighted we now have all of our information together in one place. By making this information more accessible for children and young people and their families, they are able to make more informed choices.
“ We’ve asked families what they want and need and the Local Offer package has been developed as a result of what they have said.
“This has been a fantastic opportunity to bring together many of Warrington’s other projects for children and young people with disabilities, including our fantastic new education hub at Woolston Learning Village."
