A 12-YEAR-OLD girl has been arrested after a fire was deliberately started in Marks and Spencers in the Golden Square on Sunday afternoon, that lead to the shopping centre being evacuated.
Officers from Warrington Town Centre NPU were alerted to the blaze, in the women's clothes section, at around 2pm.
It was found by a male shopper.
No injuries were caused although shoppers did have to leave the area.
A female youth was arrested and bailed in connection to the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
